The Trenton State College Corporation (TSCC) provides rental housing, including single-family homes and apartments, to eligible full-time faculty and staff at The College of New Jersey. While TSCC provides property management services for nine single-family homes dedicated to student housing, the Department of Residential Education and Housing oversees their administrative management, including resident assignments and professional and student staffing.

Go straight from the front entrance of the college onto Carlton Avenue. 54 Carlton is the second home on the right side of the road, approximately 1/4 mile.
