John P. Donohue, President
John oversees the corporation’s finances and programs. He provides direction and management of current and future initiatives. He serves on the corporation’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. John also serves as the Vice President for College Advancement at The College of New Jersey.
Scott Allen, Operations Manager
Scott supervises employees of the Corporation and private contractors. He coordinates the financial operations and interfaces with TCNJ Finance and Business services to manage corporation revenue, expenditures and prepares budgets for corporation program areas. Ensures that quality services are provided to tenants including snow removal, lawn care and general maintenance. Acts as the TSCC liaison to the campus community and surrounding neighborhoods in an effort to educate, respond, and address various concerns and inquiries. Actively recruits potential faculty and staff members of the College, offers overview of housing options and evaluates programming of individual homes. Works with office of the Provost to secure appropriate housing for new faculty members.
Shawn is our Senior Repairman responsible for many of the repairs and general maintenance items for Corporation properties. Working closely with Scott Allen, Shawn will handle some of the day-to-day problems that occur more frequently in Corporation homes. Shawn will also be involved with the snow removal process and lawn care.
Debbie is our Office Manager responsible for collecting rents, taking maintenance requests, general office administration, and coordinating payroll deduction of rents. She also acts as the main point of contact for tenants to coordinate maintenance, repair, and contractor appointments. Her responsibilities also include preparing correspondence, leases, and other communication to tenants and vendors.
